We read every message and reply as soon as we can.
What to write to us about
- A wrong or ended deal. Send the page link. Prices come from Amazon and can change; the price on Amazon at checkout is the one that applies.
- Corrections. If something on a guide, report or deal page is inaccurate, tell us which page and what is wrong.
- Privacy requests. Access or deletion of data tied to your email address or visitor id. See the privacy policy.
- Press and data requests. Questions about the Amazon deals report or its dataset.
Before you write
- We cannot change prices, process orders, track shipments or handle returns. Those are handled by Amazon.
- To stop the Daily Brief, use the unsubscribe link in any email. It works immediately.
- How the site works and how we earn from it is on the about page and in the terms of service.
